I downloaded this very clover yesterday and made it. Hmmm. Mine doesn't look this smooth. I've got bumpy clovers. But do you know how to crochet? It's easier than the knitting, but this little thing may be pretty frustrating for a newbie. I didn't realize till I started on it that one crochets each petal & tail separtely and then stitching all together.
i like the one you made! cute! haven't tried to crochet yet. am now knitting a scarf with some really pretty yarn (with 70s colors in it) i bought from the pink house. (yes, i finally broke down and spent time there the other day; it wasn't so bad.)
Good for you. Once you know you are comfortable there, you will want to return and plop down. If you have the time, it's nice just to sit and knit...especially if you think you might have a little trouble. There would be someone right there to help you.
